We're seeing more and more awesome devices at this year's MWC show in Barcelona, and Sony's latest flagship is no exception.

Just like all of their past flagships, the Sony Xperia Z2 is waterproof and dustproof. This means that it's got IP58 standard and can be kept under 1.5 meters of water for 30 minutes without suffering.

The specs are also impressive - a 5.2-inch 1080p Full HD touchscreen, a 20.7MP rear camera with LED flash and 4K video recording, a 2.2MP front snapper, a 2.26GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor (the MSM8974AB version) 3 GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, microSD card support, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, as well as a 3,200 mAh battery.

The Xperia Z2 measures in at 146.8×73.3×8.2 mm and weighs 158 grams. Naturally, Android 4.4 kitKat is in charge of the show.

Availability for this handset should begin March, for about €600 / £600, in three color options - White, Black and Purple.
