Sony Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra receive Android 4.3 Jelly Bean

As of today, Sony started rolling our the latest Jelly Bean update, version 4.3 to its Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra. There are plenty of changes brought upon by this update alongside a couple of Sony's own performance tweaks.

Basically, 4.3 Jelly Bean brings Project Butter performance, UI optimisation, as well as a smoother graphical experience.

In addition, Sony brings its Smart Social Camera (launched with the Z1) to the Xperia Ultra and uplifts their entire native app portfolio to the latest versions. These stock apps include the Walkman, Messaging, TrackID, and MyXperia among others.

Sony also introduces Xperia Themes - with downloadable UI packs - and the latest Android security enhancements.

The update is currently rolling out to both handsets and depending on market and carrier, should hit your phone shortly.
