These are among the last rumors and leaks regarding the Galaxy S III, since we're getting increasingly closer to May 3, the day in which this hugely anticipated smartphone should be officially unveiled.
However, as we said, we have to go through a few more leaks until then, so get you salt ready - Gizmodo Brazil is the one responsible for 'publishing' the images seen below, which allegedly represent the soon-to-be-revealed S III.
Gizmodo claims that the handset carries the GT-I9300 model number, a 12MP camera on the back, and has a thinner body than its predecessor. If we take a close look at these spy shots, they appear to be taken with an ordinary iPad. The display will surely sport an HD resolution and appears to measure about 4.7''.
The images indicate a mild redesign and few cosmetic changes, which go hand in hand with a previous rumor which said that this upcoming flagship might not be a major update over the Galaxy S II (a rumor which we find hard to believe).
Some voices say that Samsung is using generic device designs to carry the new hardware of the S III, in order to save themselves from leaks. Also, will this future Android ICS-running smartphone even be called Galaxy S III?
The invitation only mentions it as the next Galaxy, so we might be dealing with a different name. Anyway, we'll try to selectively bring you any future rumors which might come to our attention.
